Oct 26 (Reuters) - British oil services firm Petrofac Ltd said on Tuesday it planned to raise $275 million through a stock sale and use the funds to pay a fine for bribery-related offences and cut debt, sending its shares tumbling 23%.

you have the same comment few months back ... anyway, I think its very hard time to petrofac at this legal situation, the competition in the oil and gas market, lack of new projects and the general trend of clean (sustainable energy) its not wise to buy the shares at this time at all...

Wissam Jalil  When I look at the financial situation of this company, I do not see any risk in the long term (5 years). Otherwise, the short position taken would also be much higher. It will hit 200 within 5 years i expect. But it will indeed be very bumpy in the coming year.

Visit the company official site, check out  the company presentations, understand the business model, listen to the CEO. A light capital model, loads of cash and top underlying quality of assets. Read 10k and 10q, Realise the paramount quality of PETROFAC's  capital structure. THIS IS THE BIGGEST BARGAIN IN THE UK MARKET!! In these times with a buy everything mentality it is very difficult to find opportunities like this one.. The stock can realistically hit 6-7 GBP  in 6 to 18 months.         A fantastic opportunity...!!!
