Core Durable Goods Orders measures the change in the total value of new orders for long lasting manufactured goods, excluding transportation items. Because aircraft orders are very volatile, the core number gives a better gauge of ordering trends. A higher reading indicates increased manufacturing activity.

A higher than expected reading should be taken as positive/bullish for the USD, while a lower than expected reading should be taken as negative/bearish for the USD.

if its like the forecast then USD will go up as expected and so the EUR/USD will go down. So you should wait for the durable goods for not having a surprise. :)

You should wait. the last GDP was low, mortgage low, and jobless expected high. If this Durable Goods is low than expected, The Green will free fall ... for eur/usd, will touch the 1.2550.

Until now Draghi drooped eur at all hes speech. what i think is that Draghi wants euro @ 1.10 or at least 1.20 again so at 27 i will think EUR/USD with from 1.25 that is now will go a 1.22 or lower , but i'm skeptic aswell bcz the reading of Germany was good so far so meybe aswell we see EUR a 1.26
