MXN is not been predictable. Oil inventories are up. Crude is down. Peso should be at 20.70 range pricing in the FED meeting next week.

Is not about oil or Fed this week, is all about traders, computers and what they expect. A 100% fed movement was taked in account last week and oil is a past new so many traders got their money out to wait and see how much is going to go down with a floor of 19.80-20.20 when it touches 20.20 they get in and wait for the fed movement

My Guru says: 1. While the mkt continues to trade above 20.10 we will head again towards MXN weakening. 2. We might see 20.10/20.00 and eventually and ver unlikely 19.90, then towards further MXN weakening. 3. Any MXN strength will be momentarily and in any case is time to go long USD (short MXN) 4. Probabilities of breaking 19.90 are low but might see 19.68/50. 5. In all of the above the advise is go long USD (short MXN). We are still on the end of the Fibonacci year and we will see the panic mode again within December and January towards 22 and momentarily 23.30. 6. After the panic mode we will start a long period of MXN appreciation towards levels of 17.10/00. You might think the above is the most crazy thing you have read lately but my Guru has been very accurate for the last three years. I personally agree and I'm still waiting for the RSI levels to approach the low end to go long USD (short MXN). Cheers!

RSI near 50. Hope we get towards 20.10/00 and 19.90 to build Long USD (short MXN), been on the other side of the coin is simply out of the question.
