my 2 cents......Germany wants its gold reserves back from storage in US. How best to send 1500 tons of gold back to Germany?Answer : Press down gold prices to buy cheaply in Europe for delivery to Germany, This way it wlil be cheaper and logistically easier than to deliver physical gold from US.

When Germany requested in january 2013 silver price was 31usd , now it is 22 and going lower, thus if they buy now for delivery in Europe, they save on delivery and the difference in price from 31 and 22.

Hey Kido... What i see is margin call happens when they are in wrong direction...And atleast fund manager is exprienced enough to decide what is the trend? Also In case they are wrong in making their decision then there is fixed ratio of drawdown...To avoid major impact...Am i wrong dear???
