Guys all these news are old, they are discussing this issue since last 2 months. they all are agree to cut or freeze production but the main part is who gonna freeze and how much ? iran has not accepted to cut or freeze his production yet as it is not in his favor at all and he will not agree now i think. Putin first sents clear message that he is ready to cut or freeze and then today he sent Mix Message over whether he’s willing to lower the nation’s output, or simply freeze at September’s post-Soviet record. the Things are not clear. Price Might reach to 500 or 60 but it will never stay there for Long time nigher this agreement.
