In the daily chart, the Simon Property Group Inc. stock stands shortly before a break of the small downward trend, which in turn is deep into the correction zone of the large upward trend between 206$ and 171$. This is exactly in line with our Dow Theory setup. This is why one can make an entry after the closing price breaks the 186.47$ mark. I would place the partial profit-takings at the $198 mark, at the 210$ level and at the point 2 at 229$. Viewed in the short term, this value has a long dry spell behind it and now seems to want to slowly recover. A very good entry opportunity has become available here. For about two weeks now, a new, young uptrend with a correction zone between $25.36 and $23.89 has been developing.
After the last course high at $27.10, the price came significantly back and entered the green correction box once more. Although the price is still in the upper area of this box, if the entire market summons up enough strength, the price could pull directly up once again. The primary target is located at the last course high; the stop should be placed beneath the green box.
