As of Jun 30, 2016, Orange had 249.55 million subscribers (excluding MVNOs) across its operating territories, up 0.5% from the year-ago quarter.

Meanwhile, the largest Taiwanese integrated telecom operator Chunghwa Telecom Co. Ltd. (NYSE:CHT) declared weak financial results in the second quarter of 2016.
