Currency investors should consider selling NOK/SEK this week, advises Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) in its weekly FX pick to clients.

"Selling NOK/SEK around here seems to offer good risk reward. Swedish inflation appears finally to have troughed. Strong growth dynamics should mean further Riksbank surprises are limited," DB says as a rationle behind this call.

"Policy is much tighter in Norway, where CPI and wage dynamics are turning down, while the Norges bank have yet to fully respond to lower oil prices," DB adds.
