Only twice in 35-years has the NYSE Index been at all-time highs, when the Russel 2000 broke below its 200MA line. Those two times were in 1999 and 2007.

The above chart reflects where the S&P 500 was when that took place.

Thrice In Three Decades

Now it's taking place for the third time in three decades. Will the "third time be a charm" this time?

Timbaaaaaaaa...! They are TOYING with the shorts....they are conducting a "measured, and strictly controlled" correction by selling Nasdaq and Russell and then buying Utilities and DJIA dividend stocks with all or some of the proceeds............the Fed has a hand in this new gambit............this leaves shorts frustrated as losses in Nazdaq are quickly retraced back up by end of the day..........bulls are being protected this way............Yellen does not want a significant correction in ALL indices.....I say the YELL with her.
...And what about the spring time from 2011 and 2012? What does it make this time different? Perhaps is just another correction, upon a doubtful period!
