Expect GE's Friday Revenue To Bounce Back

After missing sales estimates last quarter, General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) is expected to bounce back this period fueled in part by rising sales of jet engines in the GE Aviation division. On Wednesday Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) announced a deal with Qatar Airways to sell 50 777-9X planes to Qatar Airways, with an option for Qatar Airways to purchase an additional 50 planes. The Boeing 777-9X features an engine supplied by GE. Here’s what investors are expecting from GE as a whole this quarter.

General Electric is set to report FQ2 2014 earnings before the market opens on Friday, July 18th.
